Throughout history, we have often heard that empathy is a flaw, a weakness, and many people still believe this. In the workplace, it’s the same: it can even be seen as an obstacle to growth. Many find themselves in a mindset that encourages them to detach emotionally from their projects and clients, focusing instead solely on generating revenue. But at LM & Co., it’s quite the opposite: empathy is at the center of every project and every connection. It is the flame that drives and energizes the company.


What I love about small businesses is that they are, first and foremost, an extension of the person behind them. For them to function properly, they must reflect the values, thoughts, passion, and unique qualities of their owner. My job is to ensure that this personal uniqueness is reflected 100% in the image of their company. Design is merely a façade, a reflection; it is simply the result of the real work I do up front, the most important step, which involves detailed learning and analysis of my client, the person behind the business.


I have always had a fondness for psychology, human connections, and energy. Since forever, I’ve been able to sense the vibrations of the people around me, as if a little voice revealed their essence to me, as if I had known them forever, even though they had just introduced themselves. This has always allowed me to form deep, rapid connections with those around me. However, my passion for design kept me from pursuing it as a career. It was only when I opened my own business that I realized this strength would become the pillar and foundation of my work. These two passions, along with my love for the environment, have now become one.


The bond I create with my clients, this energetic exchange, means that when I dedicate myself to them, I give 100%, as if it were for my own company. The essence of what I do is to transcribe their deep personality into the foundation and identity of their brand. That is the heart of LM & Co.
